About My Car
My car is special to me because it marks a return to mustangs after a long bout of crappy cars. My car was originally meant for sale in Ohio, but thanks to some grest work by my salesman at the Ford dealership, it was found and brought to me. Thats why it has 4 ugly bolts in the front bumper.

Things I've done so far....

First, I bought a K&N filter, and a JET chip. (2 days before I actually had the car!)

Next, I ripped out the air silencer, cuz everyone said that it was free power.

Third, I bought a March Ram air kit. Never listen to the Idiots at Ramchargers. They no nothing of any relevance about anything you will ever need. They SWORE it was the right model for my car. March doesnt make a model for a 2000 v6. Also they informed me at this point that JET makes a pretty crappy chip, and that i should have gotten a SuperChip. Thanks assholes. Anyway, My friend CHAD is very smart, and creative, and he worked at Jerry's, so we rigged up that kit and made it work.
Thanks Chad!

After installing the kit (or just before, im not sure) I somehow ended up at Dan's house. Dan made an offer i couldn't refuse, and a B&M ripper went into my car.

Then i got this idea to get some rims for my car.
So I checked out EBAY.

Bought Sequential tail lights off Ebay.
Bought a MAC H-pipe off Ebay.
Bought MIL elminators on Ebay.

Learned me, money, and ebay are a dangerous combination.

Now that I had an H-pipe, I needed a catback system.
Goddamn ramchargers. I go in to order the catback kit, it goes something like this:

Can I help you?
Yes, I need a catback system for a 2000 v6 mustang.

I don't think they make those, try a muffler shop.
MAC makes a catback kit. I have the H pipe, i need the catback.

I've got this system here in my book that connects to the y-pipe and splits into duals.

Thats not what i want. I think i just need a GT catback system.

Hold on, Let me call MAC. *ring*...blah blah blah...
The said they dont have a true dual exhaust system for a V6.

I talked to a guy from MAC west how said he did.

Well i called Midwest, hold on. *blah blah* ok,
The guy says you need to get an H-pipe and then the GT kit will work.

I have an H-pipe.

No, your car has a y pipe, you see, it comes down from the collectors and connects into 1 pipe, and leads back to your muffler, with this kit, you need a pipe that does not connect in to 1 pipe.

I already bought an H-pipe.

How do you know its going to work with this system?

Its a MAC H-pipe.

For a v6?

YES.

Is it an off road H pipe?

yes.

you're going to get a check engine light in your car because you are removing the catalytic converters.

I have MIL eliminators. I just need the catback system.

What year is your car?
2000
OK, those are plus shipping. Anything else?
nope, thats it.
OK. (idiot walks away)
Do you need a deposit for those?
Oh, you wanna order them today?
Yes.
----------------------------------------------------
it goes on, but you get the idea. stick to mail order.

After waiting about 7 months for Ben to have a free weekend to help me with the exhaust install, i decided to try it myself. It was a pain, but its done. only took about 2 weeks!

Then I got rims. One man's trash is another man's treasure. Polished '98 10 spokes from a guy who bought some of those fugly new bullitt rims (the dark painted ones, not chrome or polished)

and thats how my car sits today.

Im getting Married!
coming up soon....MAY 11, 2002
